At Kidlee, we recruit responsible and aware babysitters to the challenges of today and tomorrow 

Our babysitters are then mentored by our network of early childhood experts to guide them in accompanying their children! In practice, our experts share activities and advice in different formats (meetings, webinars and individual exchanges)

What is the role of educational manager ?

As a full member of the board of directors, you will be responsible for orchestrating the training plans of our community of babysitters and you will work closely with the HR manager: 

• Development of themed One-to-One entertainment programs
• Creation of One-to-Six themed workshops 
• Follow-up of the Babysitters and animators team's skills development

You participate in strategic meetings which consist in imagine and design the Kidlee of tomorrow ! 

We are looking for people motivated and sensitive to Kidlee's values and wanting to actively participate in democratize our conceptt ! 

You must speak perfectly French and English (any other language is a big plus!)
