Recipes for children : Ingredients  

4 round zucchini

1 small brick of tomato coulis

A large can of tuna in its natural state

1 onion

A clove of garlic

a few sprigs of parsley

salt and pepper

sesame seeds (optional)

Recipes for children : Preparation

First, preheat the oven to 180°C

Next, prepare the zucchini by cutting off the tops. Then ask the children to help you remove the pulp by scooping it out with spoons. Salt the inside.

After this step, provide your little wolves with a bowl. In it, they will have to mix the drained tuna, the tomato coulis, the minced onion and garlic, the chopped parsley, a little salt and pepper.

Then heat a dry frying pan. Pour the mixture into the pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

When the mixture on the pan is ready, it's up to the kids to take over by pouring the warm mixture into the zucchini. Then let their little hands sprinkle it with sesame seeds (optional). 

Place the zucchini in an ovenproof dish with the caps and a small amount of water.

Bake for one hour.

Ingredients: 

For 10 croissants :

1 puff pastry

30g of fresh goat cheese

2 figs

1 egg yolk

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. pesto

A few pinches of dried thyme

Preparation:

First, preheat the oven to 180°C.

Then have the children mix the cheese with the pesto, a pinch of thyme and the olive oil in a bowl.

Then wash the figs together and cut them into thin slices.

Cut the puff pastry into 10 triangles. Children can help if you have a triangle-shaped cookie cutter. 

Then show them how to place the filling, add one or two slices of figs and form the croissants. After one or two examples, they'll easily be able to take charge and manage it all! 

Once all the crescents are formed, we brush them with egg yolk without forgetting to sprinkle them with dried thyme 

Finally, bake for 20 to 25 minutes and you're done!

For the dough, everyone gets involved! First, place the flour in a large bowl in the shape of a crown. Then place the crumbled yeast, a pinch of sugar, salt and oil in the center.

Add the warm water and mix in the ingredients to form a smooth dough. Cover with a cloth and let rest until doubled in size.

During the fermentation of the dough, it is then you, the parent or babysitter If you are in charge of the sauce, you can ask an assistant to pour the ingredients without touching the pan. In the pan, fry the chopped garlic in a little oil. Add the tomato puree, salt, pepper and oregano; let cook for a few minutes and remove from the heat.

Once the dough has fermented, divide it into small portions. Reserve one portion of dough to make bear ears. 

As a team, try to make each portion round.

Then place in lightly oiled baking pans; make small balls and place them to resemble bear ears. Brush each portion with sauce.

With olives and tomatoes, we try to make the eyes, nose and mouth of bears. Don't worry, children will not lack imagination at this stage! 

Finally, sprinkle with grated mozzarella and bake in the oven at moderate temperature for 15 minutes. Be careful not to burn the mozzarella.
